End of Life Advanced Care Planning Workshops
Saturday, September 5 from 10AM - 12 PM
With current health and medical crises, if you were hospitalized and unable to speak for yourself, who would know your wishes and how you want to be treated? The pandemic is a great example of how quickly you could be hospitalized. No family allowed. Worse…if you have never spoken of your wishes to your loved ones, they are left trying to guess what you may want in terms of aggressive treatments.
The workshop is for all ages starting at 18 because a car accident, chronic illness could have you facing a serious situation very quickly.
AZ has limitations on surrogates (Surrogates is a Health Advocate not chosen and documented by you) as to the aggressive treatment or the removal of the same.
Attend FREE informative workshop on Zoom and receive workshop materials.
